Designed with the most sophisticated CAD systems, manufactured with robot techniques, the new range of beam cutting presses ATOM S377-S677 and S3110-S6110 represents a high productivity system for industrial applications.

The wide variety of automatic feed systems available ensures maximum flexibility for the most various cutting requirements and the highest productivity.

DOUBLE MANUAL TRAY

Two independent controls for cutting force and stroke-end are available on both sides, so that different dies can be used on the two trays. Simple to operate, ensures high productivity with low initial investment.

CUTTING BELT WITH "HOLD AND DRAG" PINCERS

Is the most versatile feed system, for a wide range of materials. A continous production cycle with high accuracy of positioning. The belt works as material conveyor and cutting surface, with the positive stops.

POWERED INCREMENTAL BOARD

Large dies or groups of dies with varyng sizes can be employed, positioned on the material or underneath, for long production runs. The adjustable speed and stop allow a fully automatic cutting cycle.

DOUBLE POWERED NIP ROLL

Suitable for semi-rigid materials, it can be equipped with a photocell for material edge sensing and automatic feeding with programmable index.

Powerful, accurate and quick, the BP versions with "hold and drag" pincers and transport and cutting belt allow the continuous cutting (up to 20 strokes per minute) of the whole width of materials in rolls - in sheets as well thanks to a special program - to get the best performance as far as cutting speed/material yield.
