The highest expression of the knife cutting tables is the new FlashCut1660 2H series. The double independent cutting heads equipped with suitable pneumatic chucks, together with the pinch & grab belt feeding system, increase its fl exibility and out-put capacity, making it a perfect production equipment to cut rolls and sheets material up to 12 mm of thickness even in multiple layers.
Best production solution even with leather for shoes and leathergoods. The production workflow can be managed using Automatic or Interactive Nesting.

The new XT range of dieless knife cutting systems was designed for a wide range of industrial fields including; card-board & printing, technical textiles, composites, gaskets & general converting.
The continuous cutting operation performed by the conveyor-bed offers maximum production and through-put of cut parts. The material is fed onto the bed of the machine into the "cutting zone" (material can be in roll or sheet form). Once the components are cut, the conveyorized-bed feeds to a take-off area located at the front of the machine. The operator can strip the cut parts while the machine automatically reloads the material and the cutting process continues.

The ATOM Flashcut MH40155 dieless cutting system is equipped with a four-tool cutting head which includes:
- One pneumatic or electric oscillating knife chuck.
- One milling-routing tool (50,000 RPM).
- One plotting pen.
- One pricker tool station.
The milling chuck is equipped with an automatic dust (shavings) extraction system leaving the cutting surface free of dust and scrap. The pneumatic oscillating knife chuck can cut very hard materials like tang graphite (1 & 2 Layers of Steel), 1/8" non asbestos, composites, and similar products making the MH version a highly versatile cutting system for all industrial sectors.
